4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time, unless explicitly stated.

• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

rd999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Eligibility to advance to a higher tier depends on the user's activity and participation.

5.1 Fair Play

rd999 operates as a safe and fair platform. All game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results. No game outcome is predetermined or manipulated.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue or network disruption, rd999 will attempt to refund the amount of the affected bet. However, in such situations, the last confirmed transaction will be considered final. rd999 reserves the right to declare void any abnormal winnings resulting from a software error.

5.3 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed on the respective game page. rd999 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rd999:

7.1 Closure at User Request
